Blue Mountains coffee expedition
Kingston wakes up, we go up. Coffee farms above the clouds, pine air, and a tasting before the afternoon mist sits on the ridge. This day only makes sense from the capital.
Starts from Your Kingston hotel — not Montego Bay

How the day goes
Stop 1
Early Kingston pickup
Plan on a 6:30–7:30 start. The views are cleaner in the morning.
Stop 2
The climb
Irish Town, Newcastle, the switchbacks — jacket weather even in July.
Stop 3
Coffee farm
A working estate: the trees, the process, a cup you can taste at altitude.
Stop 4
Lookouts
Hollywell or a ridge stop if the cloud holds off.
Stop 5
Back to Kingston
Down the same road, usually mid-afternoon.
In the vehicle
- Private vehicle from Kingston
- A driver who knows the mountain road
Usually extra
- Farm tour and tasting tickets
- Lunch in the hills
- Park or lookout fees
Good to know
- Starts in Kingston. A Montego Bay pickup would eat the day on the highway — we will not sell that as this package.
- Bring a layer. The Blue Mountains are cool even when New Kingston is hot.
- Quoted in chat. Confirm headcount and hotel before we hold the date.
